Public Speaking

Over the years, I’ve introduced my concerts with in-depth explanations, giving audiences a deeper connection to the music. This naturally grew into a passion for public speaking, where I like to explore aesthetics, the relationship between music and other art forms, chamber music, collaboration, and the craft of being a pianist.

A key part of my approach is drawing from the visual arts and philosophy to deepen musical understanding. Concepts like Brunelleschi’s perspective, Da Vinci’s sfumato, Goethe’s romanticism, and Thomas Aquinas’ ideas on beauty have profoundly influenced how I shape sound, structure interpretation, and balance musical textures. These historical perspectives provide a broader artistic framework, making each performance and collaboration richer in meaning.

From advanced chamber music techniques to working with piano technicians and the intense preparation behind a performance, I love sharing these insights. Whether speaking to musicians or a broader audience, I aim to make each talk engaging, thought-provoking, and inspiring.
