Robert’s deep appreciation for fine dining was shaped by his extensive travels across Europe and the USA, where he regularly performs as a soloist and chamber musician. Drawing from these experiences, CuisineMusique partners exclusively with a select group of fine-dining restaurants to craft bespoke evenings that enhance the guest experience through the fusion of culinary and musical artistry.

Nocturnes and Impromptus, for example, were composed for intimate evening settings, making them a natural fit for occasions like this. Many composers were known for their refined tastes, both in music and cuisine. Franz Liszt—himself a passionate cook—hosted lavish banquets where he and his students performed, dined with patrons and high society, and continued playing late into the night over fine wine.
Gioachino Rossini, one of the most celebrated opera composers of his time, was equally famous for his love of fine dining. His passion for food was so profound that he eventually abandoned his wildly successful career as a composer to dedicate himself to gastronomy. Many legendary dishes, such as Tournedos Rossini, were named in his honor, reflecting his deep appreciation for the art of cuisine. His ability to craft music with the same richness and refinement as a perfectly executed dish serves as a testament to the natural harmony between music and fine dining.
